We trust that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase from Technix Rubber & Plastics Ltd. Should you change your mind or find that the goods are no longer required, please contact us within 14 days with your returns.
We will be happy to accept a return, providing that the goods are unused and in original packaging. Goods returned are subject to a 20% restocking charge and carriage will be paid by the customer.
Once goods are returned, we will process a refund of the goods only minus the restocking charge. Refunds will be promptly processed back to the original method of payment.
Please note, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns of any custom made or non-stock items and all sales are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions.
